Flora Couture

This review is long overdue. It somehow has already been well over a year and a half since our wedding! Flora Couture was the preferred florist through our venue, and from our very first consultation, they took the time to understand the vision we had for our day. We described it as whimsical, colorful, joyful, and with just a touch of disco. We shared a handful of Pinterest inspiration photos, but at the end of the day, we trusted that they were the professionals and would create something special just for us. And that trust paid off in every possible way. Throughout the planning process, they provided detailed proposals, answered every question we had, and made us feel completely confident that our florals were in good hands. On the wedding day, they absolutely went above and beyond. From the bridal suite, I had a front-row seat to watch them build our ceremony installation, and it gave me such an appreciation for their artistry. Every bloom was thoughtfully placed, and it was incredible to watch our vision come to life piece by piece. You could tell how much care went into every arrangement. My bouquet was another highlight. I wanted something full and colorful without feelin

I cannot recommend this florist highly enough. I used them for both fresh floral arrangements and custom silk keepsake pieces, and everything was absolutely beautiful. What truly made this experience special was the customer service, especially Brandee. During a very personal and tragic time in my life, she showed incredible patience, compassion, and professionalism. Brandee communicated so clearly, listened carefully, and went far beyond what I expected. Her creative guidance was invaluable, and she helped make an overwhelming process feel manageable and meaningful. She is kind, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her clients. I am so grateful for her care and for the beautiful work this florist created. Highly recommend.

I ordered the “Simply Tulips” premium bouquet from Flora Couture expecting the lush, multi-colored, ruffled tulips shown in their beautiful website photos. What I actually received was a basic bunch of solid hot-pink tulips that looked like they came from a grocery store. The advertisement features gorgeous peachy-pink and cream double tulips with intricate, full blooms in an elegant textured vase with a gold base. Instead, I got standard single-petal magenta/pink tulips in a plain clear glass vase. There’s zero resemblance to the premium arrangement pictured online. The flowers themselves are fresh enough, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The color is completely different, the variety is wrong, and the presentation is nothing like what’s advertised. I specifically chose this bouquet because of how stunning it looked in the photos — this was supposed to be a special treat, not a disappointment. Extremely misleading advertising. When I addressed my concern to the employee that the arrangement looks nothing like advertised she assured me that in a few hours when the tulips warmed up and was exposed to some sunlight they’d open up and the colors would show. I've been a loyal client of Flora Couture for years and have referred multiple friends because I trusted their quality-until now. I recently recommended them to a friend for a special anniversary, expecting the same beautiful arrangement shown online ("Simply Tulips"). Unfortunately, what he received looked nothing like what was advertised. The arrangement in the photos online shows full, lush, multi-petal tulips in a styled, elevated design. What was delivered was a much simpler bouquet with standard tulips, lacking the fullness, variety, and overall presentation. It didn't match the advertised product in quality or design, especially for such an important occasion. This was honestly embarrassing since I vouched for them. When you're paying premium prices, you expect the product to reflect what's shown-not something completely different in style and quality. Really disappointed and hoping they take more care in accurately representing their arrangements moving forward.

My daughter was getting married and, being young, she wasn't aware she needed boutonnieres. I called the same day and they were able to fulfill my order for seven boutonnieres. They did an awesome job and were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them! One of my usual florists couldn't fit me in and actually recommended them, which speaks volumes about their business. 💐🌸 #Wedding #Flowers #Service #Recommendation
